RE Activation of user rights to make changes to the photovoltaic power generation system or inverter:

 

Please note the following information with regard to the changing of settings on your PV system (photovoltaic power generation system or inverter). You are responsible for observing and adhering to the local standards, regulations and grid codes. Any person who requests to make changes to their system is considered by Whale Coast Solar PTY LTD as a person who understands and accepts the above information and has obtained the necessary qualifications and professional skills.

 

Whale Coast Solar is NOT responsible or under any obligation to confirm or verify the Client’s qualifications or professional skills. Whale Coast Solar is NOT responsible under any obligation to supervise the use of this function by the Client. After the applicant activates this function, loss resulting from failures or damages caused by the use of this function shall be the responsibility of the client. Whale Coast Solar will NOT assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss unless the Client can prove that the loss was caused by Equipment software or hardware design faults.

1. I have the necessary qualifications and professional skills to work with Photovoltaic power generation systems.

2. I understand that making changes to the system may cause failure or partial failure to the photovoltaic power generation system or inverter.

3. I will strictly observe all the local standards, regulations, and grid codes.

4. I indemnify Whale Coast Solar from any responsibility/liability should any damage occur to the system due to setting changes that I have made.
